The Senior Designer is a Manager-level position responsible for creating commercially viable product designs. This role presents and delivers brand-right designs that tie back to the overall concept and business strategy, encompassing style, color/print, and fabric for new and existing product lines. This role researches and interprets fashion trends and consumer needs that uphold the integrity of the product lines/brand. This person demonstrates a passion for the brand, inspires individuals, and relies on managerial skills to plan and accomplish goals. This person manages works under minimal supervision, exercising a moderate degree of scope/decision-making.

Your Role

An ideal candidate will understand how to use social media to develop, engage, and inform audiences across platforms and be aware of emerging channels. In addition to daily posting, this role will work closely with other social and audience development team members to develop and execute a social strategy including video across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, WhatsApp, and other emerging channels) execute performance reports, and deliver actions and insights, as well as manage daily process writing, editing and defining the visual direction of social content. This role is intended for someone with strong writing and visual skills and enthusiasm about joining and further building a global leading brand.

 The candidate should be comfortable taking a leadership position for social media, working cross-functionally with multiple internal departments, including design, and external entities and persons, including influencers, to bring the brand to life on social media.

A general knowledge of and passion for luxury handbags are essential.

Your Experience

• 3+ years experience in social media management.

• Professional experience creating and optimizing content for platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok and LinkedIn

• Strong editorial judgement and ability to identify and select powerful visuals 

• Professional experience with social publishing and listening tools like SocialFlow, Dash Hudson, Parsely, Google Analytics, CrowdTangle

• Ability to hit key social and engagement metrics

• Passion for social platforms

• Experience using photo editing/design tools is a plus
